Professional Experience
James has profound experience and extensive exposure in sales, marketing and investment projects within multinational and local Chinese corporations. After teaching in university for 3 years,  James served in PanSKY, Cisco, Oracle and UGS as the excellent Account Manager and Sales manager for 12 years. He has strong experience in multi-industry, such as Telecom, Financing, Airport and Airlines, Nature resource, Railway manufacturing etc. James was the Chief Officer in Servgate (China).
 
James is the certified trainer in Customer Engagement Selling (CES), a leading training course of Key Account Selling. And got the MBTI consultant in 2007. James has been the Supper Star in FY07, FY08 , FY09 and FY10 in Siemens Management Institute. And been the Best Star in FY12 and FY13 in Schneider Electric Learning and Development Institute.
 
After almost 1year of Key Account Manager in Siemens Industry Group , James joined Schneider Electric Learning & Development  Institute, re-focus in the sales training business.
